Royal Society for the Protection of Birds

The RSPB is the largest wildlife conservation NGO in Europe, with more than 2,000 staff, more than 17,500 active volunteers, and more than a million subscribing members. It manages more than 200 nature reserves in the UK, covering a total area of more than 140,000 ha. In addition, it carries out a wide range of research, education and advocacy actions. Internationally, the RSPB supports and collaborates with partner NGOs in the UK Overseas Territories and more than 30 countries in Africa, Asia and southern and eastern Europe.
